Country music recording artist Aaron Lewis is coming back to Southwest Louisiana for another great show.

The former lead singer of alternative rock band Staind now turned country music artist is set to return to Lake Charles June 23.

Lewis went from rocker to country artist back in 2010 when he released his first solo country album called "Town Line".  The album hit the number one spot on the US Country chart.

His first single from the record was called "Country Boy" which featured George Jones, Charlie Daniels and Chris Young on the track. By the way, one of my fav's Aaron sings.

Another great song is a track he released about a year and a half ago called "That Ain't Country".  It's a slam on today's country music and in the song Lewis sings about what happened to the good ole classic country music sound and he list a bunch of classic country artists.

Aaron Lewis will be live in concert coming up on Saturday, June 23rd at the Golden Nugget casino in Lake Charles.  He will hit the stage at 8:30 p.m.  Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 23rd at 10:00 a.m.
