Is Hurricane Rafael Heading For Texas With New Forecast Track?
A new storm forecast path for Hurricane Rafael has been released by the National Hurricane Center (NHS) and we have all the details.

Here's what the forecasted track looks like today:
Gulf weather expert Meteorologist Zack Fradella is reporting that Rafael may not even impact US soil. From what we saw yesterday, this is very good news. If I'm reading between the lines here, weather factors may be working to push Hurricane Rafael even more south into a possible landfall in Mexico.
Rafael is currently a major cat 3 hurricane and will impact Cuba today with sustained winds of 115 mph moving NW at 14 mph.
This is just another friendly reminder that just because it's November, the Gulf only closes down when Mother Nature hangs up the sign.
