It's time to celebrate America's Independence, and what better way to do so than with fellowship, family fun, and, of course, fireworks? Wednesday, July 3, 2024, Trinity Baptist Church in Lake Charles (1800 Country Club Rd. 70605) presents Fireworks at the Family Place! 


Come one, come all! Celebrate the 4th of July with the community. There will be plenty of activities for the whole family, great food, live music, games, and an awesome fireworks display. As with every year, this event is free and open to the public. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs, grab a spot on the lawn, and celebrate Independence Day under the stars!  The grounds will open at 6:00 pm, and the celebration begins!

You could also catch a live music performance by Grammy-nominated family Gospel trio, Nelons. Doors open at 5:45 pm for the concert, and Nelons will perform from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Central Venue. Tickets are still available and may be purchased at the door 2/$10. Doors open at 5:45 pm.

Fireworks preparation will begin from 815 to 9:00 p.m., and the Fireworks presentation at the Family Place will begin at 9:15 p.m. Happy 4th of July, everyone!
