If you or someone you know is struggling to buy pet food, Friday, August 30, 2024, from 1 pm to 5 pm the animal charity and pet food company will have nine pallets of premium, grain-free wet cat food to giveaway! Any pet parents in Southwest Louisiana are welcome to pick up food for their furry four-legged family members.

Where Can I Pick Up The Free Cat Food?

The cat food distribution location is in the Oak Park Square Shopping Center, next to the new Big Lots, at 3202 - 3260 Gerstner Memorial Drive, in Lake Charles.

Inside the 4,200-square-foot- shopping center venue, St. Huckleberry will be hosting a shelter cat adoption. Please come in and meet all of the kitties from a local shelter searching for a forever home.

Making ends meet is hard enough, without the stress of not having enough money to buy pet food for the animals you love. Many residents are living on fixed incomes, or still working to recover financially after enduring SWLA's recent natural disasters. Which is why an event like this is such a blessing.

Speaking of which, this cat food giveaway is sponsored by Ryan D. "Jume" Jumonville, CEO of United Networks of America.
