Luke Bryan Drops New Song, Announces New Album [Listen]

Country superstar Luke Bryan has big news for fans: a new song, album and tour announcement!

Bryan is set to release his eighth studio album, Mind of a Country Boy, on Sept. 27, and fans can listen to the first of the album's 14 tracks — "Closing Time in California" — now.

The "Love You, Miss You, Mean It" singer had been teasing fans on social media for a handful of days before dropping the news. He initially asked fans if they had any suggestions as to what the title of his project should be. "Bourbon and Breakups" and "Hillbilly Rhapsody" were among the responses.

Next, Bryan teased his followers with a photo of himself — which ended up being the photo from his album cover — and told them to "guess what's on my mind." People started to pick up on the idea of a new album, and luckily they didn't have to wait long to get confirmation from the singer.
