Did you know that the Mad Hatter was 40-2 out of conference at LSU. Now he's 41-2! LSU was too much for the ordinarily strong Iowa defense, winning the Outback Bowl, 21-14.

LSU ran the ball on every play of its first drive, an eight-play, 77-yard mashing that ended in a 2-yard score for true freshman QB Anthony Jennings on third down. Jennings didn't have a particularly good game, going 7 for 19 for 82 yards and a pick, but he wasn't asked to do much and LSU still got all it needed for the win.
