By the end of the preseason there were talks about crowning the Philadelphia Eagles the Super Bowl 50 champions. After last night's game, the boys from Philly look kinda human after all.

The Eagles lost to the Atlanta Falcons 26-24.

Quarterback Sam Bradford rough first half of action was made up by good second half play. Bradford led the Eagles on two long touchdown drives. But he wasn’t able to complete a third drive in the fourth quarter. Philadelphia host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.

In the nightcap, 49er fans were wondering who would fill recently departed running back Frank Gore's shoes. Well, his name is Carlos Hyde and he put on a clinic last night.

San Francisco 49ers running back Carlos Hyde stole the show running for 168 yards and 2 TDs as the 49ers beat the Minnesota Vikings 20-3. The 49ers travel to the Steel City to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
