CPSO detectives are searching for a man and two women seen on surveillance video stealing $1,000 with of items from a Ryan Street grocery store in February.
On Saturday, CPSO deputies located an unresponsive man in a home who had been bound at the wrists and ankles with cable wire and left face down in the bed.
