While people are definitely taking Hurricane Delta seriously, some people were having a little fun before it made landfall.

This one's been around the Internet for a while, but like any good hoax, it's come around once again to my Facebook feed.  It's an urban legend that says if you put some unpopped popcorn kernels near your cell phone, the radio waves will pop them for you.  The hoax may also take the form of boiling eggs.

The rumor is that the government may re-open today. Does that mean that the government will resume it's dysfunctional activities  at full strength. Facebook artist are having a ball with this although some of it's featured memes are just mean!
