The sweep of Nicholls this weekend improved the Cowboys to 18-6 on the season and they stayed undefeated in Southland Conference (SLC).

The Cowboys are 5-0 on the season and 4-0 in Southland Conference play after beating Southeastern Louisiana last Saturday and they moved up big in the latest polls.

The game time has been moved from it's original 3:00 p.m. start to now a 2:30 pm kickoff. Also, The Cowboys and Nicholls game will be televised on tv locally on Cox Sports TV which is channel 57 if you have Suddenlink Cable.

Today the polls were released and McNeese has jumped up two spots in the FCS Coaches Poll and the STATS Top 25 rankings.
