Tim McGraw Makes a Cameo on Hilarious Hidden Camera Show ‘Repeat After Me’
Tim McGraw was a guest on Tuesday night's (March 10) episode of the new hidden camera reality television show, Repeat After Me.
The humorous show, which is executive produced by Ellen DeGeneres, features a slew of different celebrities doing goofy things. Series host Wendi McLendon-Covey communicates with the celebrities via a remote ear piece, telling them how to act around everyday individuals who don't realize they are being filmed. Each episode is then shown in front of a live studio audience. The results, of course, are hilarious.
McGraw is always up for a good time, and his appearance proved to be some of his best work yet. In the clip, the star talks with a nurse who doesn't realize she is on camera, all while acting out what's instructed to him.
"Everything looks a little blurry," McGraw says before standing up and running into the wall. "I'm going to use my sonar like a bat," he adds, walking around the room with his hands out.
In the past, DeGeneres had a hidden camera prank segment on her talk show, and McGraw eagerly participated there, too. As an unsuspecting stagehand tuned McGraw's guitar, the legendary singer performed a series of awkward noises, stretches and remarks. “I’m not wearing underwear,” he said at one point, which garnered a big laugh.
In addition to playing pranks on unwitting individuals, McGraw is staying busy with his Shotgun Rider tour and fine-tuning his more serious acting skills. See the singer in the trailer for the upcoming flick Tomorrowland, and be sure to catch him this summer as he headlines the 2015 Taste of Country Music Festival and Country Jam Colorado.
