Aquabird – Waterbird – Waterskipper [VIDEO]

Call it what you want but this is the first time I've seen one and they've been around for at least seven years and it seems someone would have had one in Lake Charles by now. It looks like a pretty cool device to have at the beach. It runs on muscle power and it looks like a lot of it.
