Country Riser Jackson Dean Performing In Lake Charles Friday Night

If you're looking for something to do this Easter weekend here around Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana, the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles will be having a country music riser singing at the Event Center in Jackson Dean.

If you haven't heard of Jackson Dean before, don't worry, because you probably know a few of his songs...

Jackson is a newcomer to country music and was born in Odenton, Maryland. Dean began creating songs at the young age of 18, moving away from his hometown and going on to work with Luke Dick and Casey Beathard. In 2021, he signed with Big Machine Records after opening for artists such as Brothers Osborne, Jake Owen, and Kane Brown. The self-titled extended play and the song "Wings" were Dean's debut releases for Big Machine; the former was made available on April 16, 2021.

Greenbroke, Dean's debut album, was published on March 11, 2022, after his debut song "Don't Come Lookin'" was released in February 2022. He was also scheduled to open for Brooks & Dunn's Reboot 2022 Tour. In 2022, "Don't Come Lookin'" made it onto the Country Airplay list. Additionally, an episode of the TV show Yellowstone on the Paramount Network included the song.
