Dierks Bentley kicked off the 2013 CMA Awards week in Nashville with his eighth annual Miles and Music for Kids motorcycle ride and benefit concert. Fans camped out early at downtown’s Riverfront Park to catch the all-star lineup, which included sets by Jake Owen, Brett Eldredge, newcomer Chase Rice and reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan. Proceeds will support the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital in Nashville. The event has raised more than $2 million since its inception in 2006.
