Drone Footage Shows Flood Damage In Louisiana [VIDEO]
After days of intense rainfall and flooding, Louisiana Governor, John Bel Edwards, has declared a state of emergency in 22 parishes.
In the drone footage posted above you can see just how severe the flooding is in Louisiana after the past few days of rainfall. Streets are completely under water. People are kayaking and rafting through neighborhoods. The effects of the flooding through out Louisiana are devastating.
