There will be a benefit for Emma Trahan who needs a double lung transplant. The benefit is at 5508 Common Street (next to Trahan Hardware.) It will be Friday from 7-1 and Saturday from 8-12. There will be a garage sale, arts and crafts, variety baskets, gumbo, hot dogs, hamburgers and a raffle for a 32" Samsung flat screen TV. For more details call 337-309-7314.
