One of the great things about living in Louisiana is the great selection of delicious fresh seafood. And of coarse one of my favorite seafoods is oysters. Although I wonder about the first person that discovered oysters was food. Did he find a rock at the bottom of the gulf and say "I think I'll just crack this thing open and eat what's inside." Well it is an art to crack or shuck an oyster and this video will give you the proper way to get it done.
