Do you shop at Walmart? Do you regularly buy produce from the grocery giant? If you bought produce from Walmart between October 2018 through January 2024, then they will owe you some money, and here's why.

Walmart just agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit alleging they charged customers more than they should have for weighted goods. How much is Walmart about to shell out to customers?

It is being reported that it is 45 million dollars to people who made fresh purchases from October 2018 to this past January 2024. So if you bought produce between these dates and want to get your share of the money, you will need to file a claim online.

So how much money can you get back from Walmart? According to the suit, If you bought 50 or fewer qualifying items, you can get $10.  If you bought 51 to 75, you can get $15. If you purchased 76 to 100 items during this period you will get $20. Now if you bought 101 items or more you can only get a max of $25.

If you kept all of your receipts you can get an additional 2% back on the cost of the weighted goods like the product you weighed when you bought it.

So if you bought produce at Walmart for the past five years, you can claim your cash online at this website.
