LSU Football Lands In Top 25 AP Preseason Poll

We are less than two weeks away from the kickoff of the 2018 college football season and I know y'all are as excited as we are.

With the season so close the preseason polls will start rolling out.  Yesterday one of the important ones hit the streets.  The Associated Press (AP) preseason poll was released and the Tigers landed on the poll.

LSU landed at #25 in the poll.  The top are #1 Alabama, #2 Clemson, #3 Georgia, #4 Wisconsin, and #5 Ohio State.

The team that LSU will face on the first game of the season the Miami Hurricanes are ranked #8.

The LSU Tigers first football game will be in prime time for the nation to see them in action when they face the Hurricanes.  The game will be on Labor day weekend on Sunday, September 2nd at 6:30pm and will be televised nationally on ABC.
