We are all gearing up for the big Mardi Gras holiday and events in Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana beginning on Friday and running until Tuesday for Mardi Gras Day. Folks will be entertained with parades, concerts, gumbo cook-offs, football, and fellowship with friends and family.

You may not have thought about this but there will be at least five parades, a Superbowl game, a huge Lundi Gras concert on Monday with Keith Frank, and other crazy fun things to do the next five days.
