McNeese/Gonzaga Watch Parties Happening In Lake Charles

TODAY IS THE DAY! The wait is finally over. The McNeese Cowboys are DANCING tonight in Salt Lake City, Utah as the Pokes are taking on the Gonzaga Bulldogs tonight. We have found a list of some places hosting WATCH PARTIES for the game tonight.

McNeese Athletics

The McNeese will take the national stage on Thursday when the 12th-seeded Cowboys begin play in the 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament against No. 5 Gonzaga.

The game will tip off at the Delta Centers at 6:25 p.m. CT, and TBS will broadcast the live action. The game will also be broadcast live on XM Radio channel 204 and Sirius channel 211 by Westwood One.

McNeese Athletics

McNeese is one of just four teams in Division I basketball with 30 or more wins and has caught the attention of Gonzaga head coach Mark Few who is making his 25^th straight appearance in the dance.

For just the third time in school history and the first time since 2002, the Cowboys (30-3) will play in The Big Dance. The Cowboys' program has never received a higher seed, and the 12-seed also corresponds with the highest seed a Southland Conference club has received in the previous 40 years (SFA in 2014 and 2015).

Gonzaga (25-7), ranked 17th in the AP poll, took second place in the West Coast Conference and lost the WCC Tournament Championship game to St Mary's, 69-60. It will be the Bulldogs' 26th time participating in the tournament.
