Richard LeBouef is back in Lake Charles this weekend and will be performing live this Saturday Night May 21st at the brand new VFW Post 2130 on Lake Street.

Get ready because tonight, Travis Matte and his band the Kingpins make their return back to Lake Charles and will performing live.

Here ya go Cajun and country music fans, I have the concert for you. Richard LeBouef and his band Two Step is coming back to Southwest Louisiana this Friday night and will perform live.

Grammy Award winner Wayne Toups and his band Zydecajun are headed to Lake Charles this Friday and will live in concert. Wayne has not been in the Southwest Louisiana area in quite awhile.

Get ready because tonight is the biggest party in Southwest Louisiana at Cowboys Nightclub in Lake Charles. It's our 4th annual Louisiana Throwdown and will feature The 'Zydeco Boss' Keith Frank and Jamie Bergeron!

The 4th annual Louisiana Throwdown is coming your way in September and Monday morning we will announce who is playing this years event. All we can say is that it is two of the biggest stars of Cajun and Zydeco Music.

The 28th Cajun Food & Music Festival opens at the Burton Coliseum complex in Lake Charles on Friday, July 17th, and celebrates all the things we love about south Louisiana. The Lake Charles Chapter of the Cajun French Music Association sponsors the event filled with great music from Cajun and zydeco bands, delicious food we in south Louisiana love, arts & crafts, and even a French Mass wit

Coming up in mid July, Coushatta Casino Resort will hold their annual Crossroads festival which is nothing but Cajun and Zydeco music from artists from Louisiana. They recently released the entertainment lineup for this year's festival.

Keith Frank and the Soileau Zydeco band are going to make their debut at Mudbugs Pub in Orange Texas this Saturday night. This will be the first time that Keith Frank has performed at Mudbugs in Orange.

Hunter Hayes from Breaux Bridge, Louisiana burst on the country music scene about a year ago with his debut single "Storm Warning".  Since then Hunter has scored a #1 hit with his second song "Wanted". Tonight, Hunter who started out playing accordion and playing Cajun Music, just won the Country Music Association (CMA) New Artist of the year award live on national television.

From time to time, I scan through the popular website Youtube for unique Cajun music video's that I can share with you.  I think today i found one! I found a video posted on Youtube of Louisiana's own Hunter Hayes and Wayne Toups performing live together on stage to Waynes big hit "Please Explain".  Check it out!
