I do believe I hit a nerve with my question above. Yesterday I delivered feedback on what some of our Gator family's thoughts were in regards to the right age to give a kid a cell phone. Here's some more!
Once my kiddos entered high school, my wife and I gave each of them their own cell phone. As parents, we felt that the kids didn't need the hassle and we as parents felt like we shouldn't have to pay for an added expense.
There was a time in my kids lives where they would fight for their favorite place to sit in the living room when this one particular Disney flick would air on our television. The movie was High School Musical. We own all three movies on DVD. Today those kids are grown and these DVDs sit on a shelf collecting dust, like many of their childhood favorites. Do I get rid of them?
Remember those early memories in a brand new relationship? You two were inseparable. But space can be a good thing if you both decide to still be faithful to each other. Just to sped time off each other. But space as in a brake or brake up is never good.
