It's the third week of The Calcasieu Parish Police Juries popular 'Movies Under The Stars' series. This week, the event moves back to the Prien Lake Park.

The Calcasieu Parish Police Juries popular 'Movies Under The Stars' family friendly event began last Friday. The movie series runs for 4 weeks. Most of the events happen at the Prien Lake Park but this Friday the event will be a Mallard Junction Park.

Many families in Southwest Louisiana look for good clean family entertainment to take their kids to. Well look know further! The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury (CPPJ) has announced that "Movies under the Stars" is returning in October with the first event starting this Friday October 9th.
