Things To Do In Lake Charles & SWLA This Weekend April 12-14

The weekend is finally here folks! It is time to cut loose and do something fun. The weather in Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana is going to be beautiful all weekend so there is no excuse not to get out there and do something fun.

Every Friday, we compile a list of fun things going on in the lake area and roll it out to you so you can pick your poison so let's get to it.

The McNeese Cowboys baseball team will be in action here in Lake Charles this weekend hosting the University of Incarnate Word for a big three-game Southland Conference matchup. Friday's game is at 6:00 pm, Saturday at 2:00 pm, and Sunday at 1:00  pm at Joe Miller Ballpark in Lake Charles.

Linda's Lounge located at 4338 Lake Street in Lka e Charles will have Whiskey Chitto Ramblers Friday night from 9:00 pm to Midnight. Then on Saturday night get ready for T. Broussard & The Zydeco 2 Steppers performing from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Johnny Jimenez will be live at On The Rocks on East McNeese Street in Lake Charles. Johnny and his band will be live starting at 9:00 pm.

Brad Brinkley will be live at Rickenjacks in Lake Charles on Friday night. Brad will perform from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
