We were the first to announce last Fall that country music newcomer Parker McCollum was headed to Lake Charles for a big show. Usually, when we break country music concert news, the concerts are headed to one of our great casinos in the area but this one is not headed there.

Instead, Parker will be performing at the Lake Charles Event Center formally named the Lake Charles Civic Center for a big show this Friday night, April 12th, 2024.

This will be the first major concert inside the Lake Charles Event Center coliseum in quite a while. For the past few years now, the coliseum has been housing awesome events like the Marshland Festival, large Mardi Gras Kree's for their balls, Boat, and RV shows, and shopping events like Mistletoe & Moss.

This will be the first major concert that the Lake Charles Event Center has hosted in a while. We are so happy to see great events starting to come back to the Lake Charles Event Center and can't wait for more but they can't do it without your support.

We took a look online and there are still tickets available for the show ranging from $30.50 up to $150 for pit tickets in front of the stage. You can look for tickets here.
