
24th Annual ‘Duck Off’ Set For Late January In Hackberry, Louisiana
The 24th annual Duck Off is set for the end of the month in god's country, Hackberry, Louisiana.
What happens at the Duck Off? It is an all-day event taking place at the Hackberry Community Center with events and fun set all day. If you are a duck hunter or love eating ducks, then this event is for you.
The 24th annual Duck Off is set for Saturday, January 27th, 2024 and runs from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Here is a list of the events going on that day.
9:00 a.m. -- Skeet Shooting Competition
10:00 a.m. -- Quarter Bingo
1:00 p.m. -- Washer board and Cornhole Tournaments
6:00 p.m. -- Duck Cook-Off eating and judging
7:30 p.m. -- Live Auction
If you would like to be in the skeet shoot or washer board and cornhole tournaments, just show up early that day to get registered. If you would like to get into the Duck Off Cook-Off, contact Kevin Moreau at 337-658-8139.
This is a family-friendly event and it is free to attend. You can enjoy playing some bingo, eating some great food, or getting something nice in the auction.
