A Listener Snapped Photos of Dolphins by Local Casinos

We all know about Pinky being spotted many times in Cameron but a listener of Gator 99.5 sent us his pictures of dolphins he spotted in Lake Charles.

Lane and Jenifer Hendricks of Lake Charles decided to take out their boat yesterday and saw something they never thought they would see here. While floating around and enjoying the day, they noticed something in the water and couldn't believe their eyes: it was a family of dolphins!

Lane told me his wife took the pictures to capture the momentous experience. He said there were two adults and two babies following a cargo ship. Hendricks said his wife and daughter loved seeing the dolphins swimming right by the boat while coming up to blow water like they do.

We appreciate the Hendricks family sharing their story and pictures of this beautiful moment while spreading some joy to our new normal.
