An Eagle Does The Breast Stroke [VIDEO]

This Baton Rouge eagle was very hungry and was not giving up on this meal!

There are just times you wish you had a video camera. This person was so lucky to catch this. The dead nutria in the lake is just too much for a hungry eagle to pass on. The eagle has trouble picking up the nutria with it's beak or talons so it pulls the nutria to shore while doing the breast stroke. This is truly amazing. This eagle could be on a swim team! Who knew that eagles could swim.
