Kinder, LA [KNGT-FM] - Live music is making a strong comeback at Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, Louisiana, and longtime visitors to the property are excited to see entertainment return in a big way.

For years, guests visiting the resort enjoyed spending their evenings at the famous Mikko Center, a popular nightlife spot inside the casino known for live bands, comedy performances, dancing, and special events.

The venue became a favorite gathering place for both locals and tourists looking for great music and a fun atmosphere after a day on the casino floor. When the Mikko Center eventually closed and was transformed into a bingo hall, many guests wondered if the resort would ever bring back a dedicated live music venue.

Now, those questions have finally been answered with the opening of Bar 7, the resort’s newest entertainment hotspot. Located inside the Seven Clans Hotel lobby, Bar 7 is quickly becoming the go-to destination for weekend entertainment at Coushatta Casino Resort.
