During this time of social distancing under the stay-at-home order, we have had a lot of time to reflect on a few things.

Some folks are doing new projects, fixing up their homes, and some are trying to do good things to help our community.

Here is your chance to change a child's life. Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana is holding a virtual recruitment campaign to raise awareness about the agency’s need for volunteer mentors.

Alex Stinchcomb with the BBBS said,

This is to raise awareness about our needs for volunteers and their efforts to adapt to social distancing and Stay-At-Home guidelines while carrying out their mission of creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. The need for safe, strong, active, mentoring relationships is greater now than ever.
