If you like live music, Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana is NO DOUBT the place to be over the next few months as there will be SO many concerts here in the area, and another one was announced on Tuesday.


Many live country artists will come here to Southwest Louisiana during the summer. Artists like Chris Janson, John Anderson, Trace Adkins, Sammy Kershaw, and Chris Lane will all be here in Lake Charles this summer!

That's not even counting other genres and events like the Crossroads Festival at Coushatta, the Marshland Festival in Lake Charles, and also Downtown at Sundown in Lake Charles. Those events will be MAJOR spots to catch some live music throughout the summertime.

Brett Young is an American country pop singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Orange County, California. After suffering an elbow injury, he turned to songwriting while still a college pitcher. Republic Nashville published his self-titled debut EP, which was produced by Dann Huff, on February 12, 2016.

April 11 saw the release of the lead single, "Sleep Without You," and his next single, "In Case You Didn't Know," became a huge hit. Weekends Look a Little Different These Days, his third major label album was released in 2021. In 2018, he published Ticket to L.A., his second album.
