
Cajun Legend Jesse Lege Returns to Lake Charles for Big Show

The legendary Jesse Lege is going to be playing here in Lake Charles for the first time in a while, and he is bringing an all-star and award winning wset of musicians with him for a big show.

The Cajun French Music Association's Lake Charles Chapter is sponsoring this show, and it will take place on Friday, February 20th, 2026, at the CFMA building located at 3481 East Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles.
That night, you can expect the dance floor to be full, Cajun jitterbugging and waltzing will be going on, and they will also have food and beverages available. Not to mention some of the best traditional Cajun music ever performed by some of the best to ever do it.

Along with Jese Lege playing and singing live, also scheduled to appear and play alongside him include the legendary Ivy Dugas, Grammy Award winner Jimmy Breaux, Cameron Fontenot & Danny Cormier. Believe me, friends, if you don't know much about Cajun Music, just know this: they are some of the most talented Cajun musicians in the world.
The show is from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and it will only cost you a $10 admission, and children 12 & under get in for free. They will also be serving some delicious fried fish & French fries, and you can grab yourself some dinner for only $10 to.
