Christmas Under The Oaks This Weekend In Sulphur With Bag Of Donuts

If you live on the West side of Calcasieu Parish and are looking for a some great holiday fun then we have just the thing for you.

Christmas Under The Oaks brought to you by the City of Sulphur is going on this Friday November 30th and Saturday December 1st, 2018.

According to their Facebook page, the events stat on Friday at 10am and run through Saturday night.

Friday November 30th, the event starts at 10am with a Holiday Open House.  The Kiwanis Club of Sulphur lighted Christmas parade is at 6:00pm.

According to the City, the event really gets in gear with live music and lighting of the Christmas tree Friday night.

Bag of Donuts takes the stage at 7:00 PM. Lighting of the Christmas Tree in The Grove 8:00 PM. Carnival open 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, wristbands $20.00, for more information contact Thom Trahan at 337-527-0357.

On Saturday Thom Trahan said,

Louisiana Express will entertain beginning at 6:00 PM. Houston River Baptist Church presents Live Nativity in The Grove from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Carnival Open 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, bracelets $20 for 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM and $20 for 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

According to the City Of Sulphur, there is a 100% chance of snow so go out and enjoy all the festivities.
