Cody Johnson Adds Another Texas Show To Tour

In November 2023, Johnson released his ninth album, Leather, which produced the smash single "The Painter." He is now having the best year of his career. In addition, he is a nominee for five ACM Awards, including Entertainer of the Year, which will be presented in Frisco on May 16.

Singer-songwriter Cody Johnson is a country music singer-songwriter. Before releasing his first major-label album, Ain't Nothin' to It, in January 2019, he self-released six albums, including Gotta Be Me, which debuted at number two on Billboard's Country Albums chart. In October 2021, he released Human: The Double Album, his second major-label album.

Johnson's sound is categorized as neo-traditionalist and contemporary country; he takes cues from musicians such as Willie Nelson and George Strait. In 2022, the song "'Til You Can't" by him took home two prizes from the Country Music Association.

COJO announced on Monday that he has added another show to The Leather Tour as he will be performing at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion in Houston, Texas. The show will be on October 26th and tickets will go on sale on Friday.
