Cody Johnson To Rock Houston Rodeo 2026 with Concert-Only Show
[KNGT-FM] - Even though it's seven months away, Louisiana and Texas folks are already looking forward to the 2026 edition of Rodeo Houston. The rodeo is almost a month-long event, complete with a rodeo each night followed by a concert from the biggest names in music across all genres.
The rodeo boasts a huge lineup of entertainment, and next year's event will take place from March 2nd through March 22nd, 2026. The entire lineup of entertainment will not be released until late 2025, but we do know one performer who will be there in 2026.

It has already been announced that Cody Johnson will be performing live at Rodeo Houston, but it will be a standalone concert and will not feature any rodeo events that night. The show is set for Sunday, March 22, 2026.

That makes sense that there will not be any rodeo events that day, as the concert will take place on the last day of the almost three-week event.
Cody Johnson already has a big following in Texas already as he spent the early part of his career as a "Texas Country" artist playing all over the Lone Star State and dominating the Texas Country Music Charts for years.
Johnson then transitioned to Nashville, Tennessee, where he signed his first big record contract in 2019 with Warner Nashville. He has scored big with his hits Til You Can't, On My Way to You, Human, The Painter, Dirt Cheap, and I'm Gonna Love You featuring Carrie Underwood.
Tickets for the show went on sale last week. If you are looking to score some for yourself, here is the link.
