Concerts & Events Going On This Holiday Weekend July 5-7

We all look forward to the weekend but when it's a holiday weekend and you have an extra day or two off of work, you especially look forward to that weekend. Now the question is what to do on your time off.

Are you in the mood for a concert? Or do you want to go to a restaurant and watch someone play live? Or are you in the mood to do some dancing?  Whatever you are in for, we have you covered. Check out what's happening this weekend in Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana.

Air Supply will be live in concert at the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles on Saturday, July 6th, 2024. They will hit the stage starting at 8:00 pm.

Linda's Lounge located on Lake Street in Lake Charles will have Alphonse Ardoin on Friday night and Mason Trail live on Saturday night. Both artists hit the stage around 9:00 pm each night and play until 1:00 am.

Johnny Jimenez will play his last show in Southwest Louisiana on Friday night at Lake Area Adventures in South Lake Charles. Johnny is moving out of state for work so here is your final time to see him live.

Jen Kober will be live at the Horseshoe Casino in Westlake, Louisiana Friday night. She will perform plus they will be holding the Funniest Person In Lake Charles contest. Have you ever wanted to be a stand-up comedian? Here is your chance and click here for all the details. 

Looking to check out a sporting event? The Gumbeaux Gators baseball team will be in action Saturday and Sunday at Joe Miller Ballpark in Lake Charles where the McNeese baseball team plays. Both games on Saturday and Sunday will be at 7:00 pm.
