Country Music Rising Star Ashley Cooke Is Coming To Lake Charles

Southwest Louisiana and Lake Charles in particular are becoming a must-stop for artists on tour. The lake area is getting tons of great concerts to the area including comedy, rock, country, and alternative music.

For folks around the area, they love their country music concerts from the legends to the new up-and-coming rising country music stars. Here is your chance to see a rising star in Lake Charles.

Country newcomer Ashley Cooke will be making a stop on her tour here in Lake Charles in August. She has been dubbed the next country artist on the verge of breaking out.

Cooke signed her recording contract with Big Loud in 2022 and released her first single Never Til Now featuring Brett Young in May of 2022. Have you heard the song? Here you go.

This song became a huge song played at weddings and also charted on the country music Billboard Country Play charts. Cooke then released a new album in 2023 titled Shot in the Dark.

Ashley's new album featured a 24-track record which became her second studio and major label debut album. It was released on July 21, 2023, by her record label Big Loud.

The album features Ashley collaborating with artists like Colbie Caillat, Nate Smith, and Jackson Dean. The first single from this album Your Place is currently being played on country radio.

Ashley Cooke will be stopping in Lake Charles at the Golden Nugget's Grand Event Center on Saturday, August 10th, 2024. The show will start at 8:00 pm and tickets are currently on sale now.
