Did You Know Louisiana’s Lainey Wilson & Frank Foster Did A Song Together?
These two names you will automatically know if you love country music and if you are from Louisiana. They are Lainey Wilson and Frank Foster. What you may not know is that before Lainey Wilson hit Nashville and exploded on the scene, she was the first artist Frank Foster signed to his record label, Lone Chief Records.
It only makes sense that the two would cross paths and work together seeing they are both from small towns in North Louisiana that aren't too far from each other. Lainey is from Baskin, Louisiana and Frank Foster is from Cypress Bottom, Louisiana which geographically is only 107 miles apart or about an hour and forty-five minute drive.
Frank Foster teamed up with Lainey Wilson to release the album called Tougher which gained a national audience and made the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. The album contained 10 songs with the last song on the record titled Where My House Stood featuring Frank Foster on the tune and he also made an appearance in the music video.
We found the video for the song and when you watch it, you are going to see a different Lainey Wilson. In this video, you won't see her wearing her now signature bell bottoms and hat. It is cool to see her and how she looked when she first got started.

How neat was that? Well, we all know the story since then. Lainey signed her management deal in Nashville in 2019 and since then has become the most popular female country artist out there and she is even your reining Entertainer of the Year.
