Country music legend, Dwight Yoakam, is coming back to Lake Charles for a big show in September. Dwight Yoakam is a Grammy, ACM, and CMA award winner, and will be here singing all of his huge hits for you.
The 67-year-old singer has sold over 25 million albums in his career and has nine platinum albums. It shouldn't shock you because his library of hit songs vaulted those album sales.
He is known for legendary hit records like Honky Tonk Man, Guitars, Cadillacs, Little Ways, Fast As You, Pocket Of A Clown, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, You're The One, I Sang Dixie, Suspicious Minds, Ain't That Lonely Yet, and many more.
On top of topping the charts with great country music, Dwight also is an accomplished actor. You may have not realized it when you watched these movies, but Dwight was in them. According to Wikipedia,
As an actor, Yoakam has appeared in the movies Red Rock West, Sling Blade, Panic Room, The Minus Man, and Wedding Crashers, Four Christmases, as well as South of Heaven, West of Hell, his writing/directorial debut.
