Yea, it seems like we just got done voting, but we still have another round to go. Early voting for the December 5 election will end this Saturday at 6:00pm. If you would like to early vote for the December election, you can do so at the parish Registrars Office, or at one of the many polling locations located throughout the state. Just like our last election, due to Hurricane Laura and Delta your normal polling location might have been moved.

If you need to see exactly where you can vote for your area, you can check where to go by using the free Geaux Vote mobile app, or you can visit the Geaux Vote Website to check and see exactly where you need to go.

The early voting locations for Calcaisieu Parish will be at the Lake Charles Civic Center, Sulphur Law Enforcement Building, and the Moss Bluff Parish Library. The polling locations will once again be adhering to all state regulations for COVID-19 and sanitize all polling booths between each voter. Masks are recommended to be worn by all voters, but not required. Each area will also have hand sanitizing stations at all locations for voters to utilize while they cast their vote.

All voters must have a legal Louisiana State ID, or you can use the MyWallet app from your smart phone to prove your identification.
