Gator 99.5 Big Game Party With Dustin Sonnier Was A Huge Hit

Lake Charles, LA [KNGT-FM] - On Sunday, we held our annual Big Game Party at Walkons in Lake Charles in the glassed-in patio. This was our 10 th year to do the party, and it is geared to have you, our listeners, come watch the big game, eat some great food from Walkons, win some great prizes, and hear some great live country music.

We opened the doors for the party at 3:00 pm on Sunday, and everyone started showing up. We had free appetizers for everyone and some fabulous swag from Mockler Beverage in Lake Charles, including some Budweiser and Bud Light ice chests, a Budweiser crawfish pot witha basket and a custom-made stainless steel paddle provided by Joh's Custom Creationz, and uatographed guitar and more.

We also had country music recording artist Dustin Sonnier play live for all the partygoers. Dustin, known for his hit song Whiskey Makes Her Miss Me, ran down his catalog of great old classic Country music and performed a lot of classics inclduing his hit song. How awesome was that? We also did door prizes throughout the night, watched the big game between the Seahawks and Patriots, and held an auction at halftime to raise money for the Buddy Russ Foundation.
