Country music fans all over the world remember the movie "Pure Country" in which George Strait appeared in his first acting role.

Although I'm not a movie critic, I think he did a decent job. I've watched the movie several times and can't say that about that many movies. One of his number one songs was taken from this movie and it was a monster.
