Kids are so clever these days, so where do mom and dad, grandma and grandpa, aunts and uncles hide Christmas gifts.  Do they need to be hidden?  Should they just be under the tree?

As a kid, I remember a closet my parents had that they'd put an armoire in front of.  The armoire was big but I could still see a bit of the door behind it.  One Christmas I got brave and moved the armoire just enough to sneak behind it an open the door to the closet just enough to have  room to get through.  And wouldn't you know, I'd found the Christmas bounty.  But then, I got so nervous, I closed the door and moved the armoire back into place fast.  And walked around feeling guilty for days.

I can't imagine how difficult it would be to hide a gift from a child.  Here are 5 places parents claim are great hiding places.

1.  A friend's house.

2.  In a suitcase.

3.  In the very back of the closet.

4.  On top of a cabinet.

5.  In a shed.
