Hey Lake Charles, Look What Restaurant Building Is Going Up In Town

As we took a ride around town yesterday, we were in South Lake Charles and decided to drive down Country Club Road to see if any progress had been made on a certain restaurant that was supposed to be built in South Lake Charles.

The popular restaurant already had one built in Sulphur, Louisiana and has opened to the public. Folks from Lake Charles have been driving over to Sulphur to enjoy the food there. The burning question around town though is when will the one be built in Lake Charles?

Of course, we are talking about Whataburger. The Whataburger in Sulphur, Louisiana opened up a couple of months ago but folks here in Lake Charles have been patiently waiting for the one to be built here in town.

Well, we have some good news for you. Not only have they broken ground on the Whataburger but they already have the entire building up. That's right, the building is up and crews are working hard getting to work getting all the stuff done.

The new Whataburger in Lake Charles will be located on Country Club Road right across the street from Trinity Baptist Church. If you need more of a geographical location, it will be located just East of the Nelson and Country Club Road intersection in South Lake Charles.

Now when will it open? We don't have the answer to that question yet but you know we will get the 411 for you and share it with you soon. So get ready, Lake Charles is getting a Whataburger and it is being built right now!
