In Southwest Louisiana, we love our fairs and festivals. We also love it when a new festival starts and when it succeeds enough to come back year after year. Such is the case with the Holly Beach, Louisiana Crab Festival.

The festival organizers have announced that the Holly Beach, Louisiana Crab Festival will be back for a third year. The festival's first event was in 2022 and since then it has grown into a must-go event in the Southwest Louisiana area.

The festival is held for three days and it will take place from June 14-16, 2024 along the Creole Nature Trail All-American Road in Holly Beach, Louisiana. The best part is the festival is open to the public and free to attend to all ages.

According to the Visit Lake Charles website,

The event features kids' games and events, a crab cookoff, crab bingo, live music, axe throwing, food vendors, sand castle building lessons, a dunking booth, snow cone vendors, DJ Troy, and more. Plan for a relaxing, fun weekend for families and friends to soak up some sun at one of the most popular gulf beaches in Southwest Louisiana.

Would you like to be a vendor or sponsor at the festival? You can contact (409) 365-6598 for information and learn how to be a part of a great event.

So make plans for the middle of June, bring your dancing shoes and your appetite, and get ready to have a blast at the 3rd annual Holly Beach Crab Festival in Cameron Parish.
