Hondo Rodeo Fest Brings Big Concerts and Free Street Fest to NOLA

The Hondo Rodeo Fest 2026 is coming to Cajun Country, New Orleans April 10 through April 12 at the Caesars Superdome. And let me tell ya, they are packing a lot into three days.

And here’s something folks are really gonna like.

Every day during rodeo weekend, there will be a free Street Fest happening just outside the stadium at Champions Square.

The Hondo Rodeo Street Fest starts at noon everyday with the Street Fest in Champions Square. Food, Music and Shopping all afternoon before the Rodeo and Concerts start later in the evening.

Families can bring the kiddos. Rodeo fans can soak up the Western vibe. And festival lovers can just enjoy a good afternoon in the middle of New Orleans.

Remember, the Street Fest is free, BUT, if you want to catch the rodeo and concerts inside the Superdome, you’ll need tickets.
