Houston Rodeo Announces Extra Day and Adds George Strait

Running 21 days now, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo will host Texan of the year, George Strait to its lineup. This performance will be his 30th performance for the Rodeo, and a first for being a performance concert. There will be no rodeo before Strait takes the stage. The 2019 schedule will run from Feb 25 thru March 17, with the 17th being the concert. No opening acts have been announced yet, but this is a HUGE announcement that we can all look forward to for the 2019 series! Tickets for the show will go on sale January 2019 with a limited number of season tickets on sale August of this year. The rest of the acts during the rodeo will be announced January 2019 as well.
