Guess what? The Grand Opening celebration of the new JCPenney Beauty Department takes place at 11 am today! The first 50 people will receive a gift card of up to $100.00 in value to shop at the newly redesigned Beauty Department.

JCPenney's has not only changed the look of its make-up, fragrance, skincare, and hair displays but is now home to an entire line of unique brands. Today the iconic department store is introducing the award-winning Thirteen Lune!
