SWLA Favorite Johnny Jimenez Returns to Lake Charles for 2 Shows
Lake Charles, Louisiana - We sure do love our live, local music here in Southwest Louisiana. One of our favorite local artists is coming back to Lake Charles for TWO SHOWS ONLY, and we've got everything you need to know...
After being away from the Lake Charles area for a few years, our good buddy Johnny Jimenez, better known by fans as the “Honky Tonk Mexican,” is returning for a couple of shows and bringing plenty of country music and energy with him.

Before moving away, Johnny was one of the most popular local country singers in Southwest Louisiana. He played all over the area, including festivals, bars, restaurants, and clubs. Wherever he performed, large crowds usually followed. If you went to see Johnny, you know it was always a great time!
If you’ve never seen Johnny perform, you’re in for a treat. He plays a little bit of everything, from Keith Whitley to Thomas Rhett and just about anything in between. No matter what you like, he’s got something for you.
